The Atlantic Road

Atlanterhavsveien.

The Atlantic Road links Averøy to the mainland through a number of bridges and breakwaters. The road passes through the outermost islands, where the dry land ends and the open sea begins. This road connection was recently selected “Structure of the Century” in Norway. Atlanterhavsveien Sjøstuer is located close to this spectacular route.
